Marina Cano is a Spanish landscape and African wildlife photographer who spent three years in Cabarceno Natural Park capturing the incredible beauty of an extraordinary variety of wild animals. Besides having been photographing animals in what is considered to be the largest natural park in Europe, Cano spends her days traveling around Europe and Africa, visiting national parks and going on safari adventures to capture small pieces of wild animals’ everyday lives and document them on camera.
Many think that the stunning black-background shots are staged. However, these shots are made in the Cabarceno National Park, where there are man-made shelters for the animals to occupy in harsh weather conditions.
